Bore Place – Bough Beech
Bore Place is a truly magical setting a stones throw away from the magnificent Bough Beech Reservoir. Set in 500 acres of countryside Bore Place is simply a place that has a huge heart. As well as being able to stay in the amazing holiday lets or Yurt camping, Bore Place encompasses an organic dairy farm, organic market gardens, conference centre and environmental education centre. It also runs programmes to provide opportunities for vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.
As a venue hosting for our bikes, there are a number of local rides available whether it be taking in the beautiful Bough Beech reservoir in an easy 3 mile circular route, or heading out to visit the local castles and villages at Chiddingstone, Hever or Penshurst. With free parking and ample space, Bore Place is a great base to explore from. This is countryside at it’s most glorious.

Where the bikes are located
The bikes are currently in storage for the Winter months although you can still hire them by booking in advance. To check availability and hire the bikes during the Winter, then please just email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of your planned visit. We are offering free deliver and collection of the bikes to this venue although do ask for a days rental at £20 for one bike or £15 per bike when hiring more than one. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to help facilitate your request.
Type of cycle routes: On country lanes.
Suitability: Older children & Adults comfortable with cycling on roads.
Difficulty: Easy / Medium routes available with some hills.
